Our LAMDA Centre offers supportive, high-quality speech and drama and musical theatre training for children and young people who want to grow in confidence, communication, and performance skills. Whether your child is new to drama or already working towards exams, our LAMDA lessons provide a positive, encouraging environment where every student is supported individually and taught at their own pace.


What is LAMDA?

LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) is one of the UK’s most respected awarding bodies for speech and drama. Its qualifications are internationally recognised and, at higher grades, can contribute UCAS points.


Beyond exams, LAMDA helps students to:

  • Build confidence and self-expression


  • Improve communication and public speaking skills


  • Develop acting and performance technique


  • Prepare for auditions, interviews, and further training


These skills benefit children both on stage and in everyday life.

  • Home-educated, flexi schooled or EOTAS students during the school times

  • External schools and candidates wishing to enter LAMDA exams


You do not need to be a EntertainArts student to take LAMDA exams with us.

We understand that every family’s schedule is different. That’s why lessons can be arranged in person, online, as regular weekly sessions or tailored blocks of tuition. This flexibility works for busy families and performing children.


We offer regular LAMDA exam sessions, supporting students from preparation through to exam day.  Our experienced teachers guide students carefully, helping them feel calm, confident, and ready to perform at their best.
